Season One

My first season at the State Parks is coming to and end tomorrow and it’s been a truly wonderful experience filled with flora, fauna, new friends, and finding myself again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better work experience. I only wish it lasted longer.

This little town is filled with delightful humans, and I’m thankful that I got to know a handful of them.

I worried that the early 2020s took my extroverted gift of gab or left me fully feral.

I’m happy to report that I can still chop it up with the best of them and my customer service voice isn’t quite as nauseating as I remembered.

I will forever be grateful for this summer, as it reminded me who I am, and who I want to be.

A whimical little bitch, lover of slugs, forest enthusiast.

It’s not good bye, it’s see ya soon. 🤙🏼
